When was your business founded?
Tina & Alan became partners in 2014, but the business has been in existence for over 100 years!

What are your core products or services?
Accountancy, audit, taxation, payroll and business advisory services.

Who is your target audience or sector?
Our focus at MGRW is to deliver value to our clients through a variety of services. We can provide audit, accountancy services and business advisory services to small, medium and large businesses in any industry sector.

What makes your business different in your field?
We’re a proactive, dynamic firm with breadth of experience in the accountancy, audit, taxation and business advisory sectors. Our focus is on client service, getting to really know you and your business to ensure we provide the best possible service and advice.

Has anything changed in your industry over the years?
The audit, accountancy and taxation sector has undergone significant changes over the years due to evolving regulations, technological advancements, stakeholder expectations, and global economic developments.

What new trends or innovations have you embraced recently?
Cloud accounting (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) has significantly replaced desktop software, along with using AI and data analytics to create efficiencies within the bookkeeping and accounting process.

Recent highlights you’d like to share?
MGRW+ remain committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community. We are involved in the See It Be It In Sheffield program, and our Director Tina Havenhand is a mentor for the national Career Ready program.

We are a growing firm, and achieve great customer feedback which stands testament to our commitment to client service.

What are you most proud of as a business?
I am extremely proud of the MGRW team. It sounds a bit cheesy but we really are a great work family. Everyone works hard in their professional capacity but also to support and care for one another, we enjoy a good social event too!
